** ACCOUNTABILITY by Graham White **
----------------------------------------------------

We all have issues we struggle with, they may be as serious as addictions or as simple as bad habits.

The BAD news is, YOU can't get over them.
The GOOD news is, other people can.

How does that help YOU?
The only way it can is if you allow yourself to be ACCOUNTABLE to others.

Pick the biggest issue that prevents you from being a total success:
Smoking
Overeating
Constantly Late
Addicted to TV or the Internet
Shopping
Too much time socializing
Procrastination
Going to bed too late
Etc.

1. Recognize that you have a problem.
2. Decide to do WHATEVER it takes to overcome it.
3. Start looking for help.
4. Find good help. (most people make it to this step, then fail)
5. Create ACCOUNTABILITY!

CREATING SUCCESS:

In High School I began intentionally having people close to me get on my case about things I'd asked them to keep me accountable to.

I continue to use this process. I even use special signals set up if
we're in public to let me know without embarrassing me (although
embarrassment can be a good motivator).
